Having been notified that my delivery would be with me during a certain timescale, I made arrangements to be at home. I knew my item would have lots of packaging, and had asked neighbours if they would allow me to use some of their recycling space, knowing mine wouldn't have held the amount I anticipated. When Scott and Matt arrived with my new chair, they asked if I would like them to unpackage it, place it when I wanted it to go, and dispose of all the cardboard and taping . What a brilliant service and the guys were so pleasant and helpful, not leaving until I was 100% certain I didn't have to move the chair on my own. A touch of real old-fashioned, care for the customer, sadly missing so often these days. Thank you, boys! You were awesome! Marie Simmons. They were absolutely lovely! Super friendly and great attitude, very professional and careful. They rang an hour ahead and arrived when they said they would. Really efficient, helpful and friendly. They took the time to unpack my sofa, clear the packaging and placed my sofa where I wanted it, they even showed me how to use my recliner (as it’s a power recliner) Thanks again guys for an efficient friendly service.
