THE MANAGEMENT TEAM. Mr Mustapa Kamal – MANAGING DIRECTOR. A graduate from Ohio University in USA, Mr. Mustapa Kamal is the founder and Managing Director of AST Logistics Sdn. Bhd. He set up the Company in 1992, after having had a few years of experience in the international forwarding business. Presently, his focus is more towards international business, besides overseeing the day-to-day office and operational matters. Together with Mr Mustapa Kamal, Mr Zainuddin joined AST Logistics at its inception. He was initially in charge of the airfreight operations department, handling both the import and export business, domestic and international. Later in 2000, he was moved to the Sales Department and has since been promoted to the position of Sales Director of the Company. Mdm Zurina – FINANCE DIRECTOR. Mdm Zurina, is a qualified accounting professional. She joined AST in December 1993 as an Accounts Officer. After more than 5 years with the Company, she was promoted to Accounts Manager. Again in 2003, she was promoted to the position of the Financial Director, being fully responsible for all financial and accounting matters of the company.
