United Kingdom. A fantastic opportunity is available for a Business Process Owner – Demand Planning/ Supply to Report in our Finance team. Responsible
for the design, identification, development and deployment of global business processes and systems for the area of Logistics and Custom Manufacturing (Supply). Able to effectively articulate the benefits associated with business process and global standardisation with adoption of the Turbo SAP template including the areas of: Warehouse inventory; Goods in management (receipt/discrepancies/iDoc failures); Stock returns; Outbound deliveries; Third party warehouse interfaces; Reports to the BPO Supply and works closely with BPO Customer
Service and BPO Demand Planning/Supply. Acts as custodian of end-to-end business processes (L1-L4) including: High level business
process flows; Fully documented Global Business Process template
design for each sub-process; Controls and reports within each process; Training documentation and resources; Leading Communities of Practice (CoP) global Super-User (SU) team meetings, agenda and action follow up; Represents Business Process at individual Fit/Gap sessions in markets to ensure all business requirements are considered (and documented via User Requirements specification). Proposes/drives standard template solutions to market specific requirement customizations.
Follows governance model for alignment/approval of template changes/enhancements; Creates, updates and maintains relevant documentation based on changes to global template (including SOPs, User Guides, training materials). Responsible for the definition, execution and approval of system testing (including scripts). Responsible for the resolution of issues, risks
and business impacts for owned processes. Proactively and on on-going basis identifies internal and external
best practices that will enable improvement of the standard Turbo end-to-end process. Respect, trust and influence across RB global and IMEX at all levels of the organisation. Understands RB’s Turbo 2020 objectives and interdependent elements of the template (data, Customer Service, Demand Planning/Supply, etc.) Ability to visualise the impact of new business processes on RB’s future performance Able to articulate benefits of and drives changes to business processes Effective communicator, able to drive alignment Define which processes, policies, systems, data & governance need to be consistent globally (drive and reinforce commonality where required and justify uniqueness where necessary) Champion benefits of the solution and the use of standard ERP functionality Ensure global alignment around new processes. Coordinate process decisions with other Global Process Owners and global Communities of Practice group Resolve escalated issues and items that require approval; escalate to the Commercial Review Board and Turbo 2020 Steerco as appropriate Resolve business issues that impact the ability of the project team to deliver the project and support goals. Expert knowledge and experience of end to end logistics business processes Effective communication skills, organisational ability and strong presentation skills English fluency required Location (% Travel Required): based in a BAU market but will require 25-50% international travel for deployment/global responsibilities SAP knowledge (preferably both implementation and in business use) Team player.
