Work with us to cover a proportion of your agency requirements, and we’ll recruit ex-offenders to supply the labour you need (helping you generate social value through your day-to-day operations) We can either directly employ ex-offenders ourselves and place them in your teams OR we can source and pre-screen candidates for you to employ through our brokerage service. We can also work with you to identify specific skills gaps and to source qualified candidate through Blue Sky Skills. Where we work.
