In 2012 factory was enlarged one synchronous production line that had been imported from Euro to Nhut Chanh industrial parks, Nhut Chanh commune, Ben Luc dist. Conveyor belt control system was designed by A2S by two regulation: hand on face of cabinet and automation use PLC to ensure optimal required and provide agianst for system with two separate line to feed fuel to two boiler, in addition, two system was combined together to create two standby lines. All the system is unified chain with four lines can saparately operate in technology process to serve production process. Line one and three can operate at the same time. Line one and four can operate at the same time.

Line one and two can’t operate at the same time. Line three and four can’t operate at the same time. When one line is operating other line what can’t operate at the same time will be blocked the selection function. Control objects such as valves, motors, digital signal are expressed as standard Faceplate with full operating mode, warning and safety system. On control mode by hand, operator impacts each control object, it’control panel will turn up (control system, object’ operating status) operator can close/open, turn on/off by control mode by hand and panel allow close/open, turn on/off is turned up, operator can manipulate by it sefl.
