Cutting Dynamics began in 1985 with three employees and two wire EDM machines on Cleveland’s west side. We have grown to 140 employees and 165,000 square feet by staying ahead of the technology curve and being first to market. In 1987 we established one of the first laser cutting operations in North America, and in 2008 we opened our new hydroforming fluid cell processing center. Now based in Avon, OH, we service our customer base with 4 PL programs, parts management programs, superior technology and quality systems.

We will continue to grow in order to meet the needs of our strategic partners across various industries. As an AS9100-registered 3PL/4PL center, Cutting Dynamics, Inc.is able to handle a wide variety of kits – including kits for OEM and spare parts applications. CDI can handle kits of any size, complete to any specification. All kits have a standard work order to show where every sub-kit box and bag is located.

This guarantees that every part will be in the same location, every time. Cutting Dynamics’ dedicated team manages all aspects of the component kitting process, including: • Purchasing / Manufacturing • Receiving and inspection • Stocking management • Kit picking • Inspection • Final packing • Document management • Shipping logistics.
