This enables you to receive full civil service benefits and military reserve benefits. Military Technicians are a vital link between the US Army Reserves and civil service and are one of the most important keys to combat readiness. This position is located at: 80th Training Command, 2 BDE, 94 DIV located in Fort Lee, Virginia. Learn more about this agency. Assist supervisor in developing plans and instructions affecting logistical support of command operations in the areas of supply, services, and/or maintenance. Advise on logistics status and type of logistics support required. Determine needs to support logistical operations. Initiate request for contracts for various services relating to logistical support. Conduct staff assistance visits to render assistance and provide base operations support. Analyze and evaluate maintenance programs for compliance. Occasional travel - The business travel requirement is 10%. Job family (Series) 0346 Logistics Management.
