You will need to participate in applying and monitoring workplace policies and procedures relating to chain of responsibility in a supervisory role for a minimum of four weeks. The workplace must provide suitable access to conditions that allow for a demonstration of skill and knowledge in: Methods and requirements to ensure management of fatigue, speed, load restraint, mass and dimension Applying chain of responsibility obligations relating to learners own job role on a minimum of three occasions Applying and monitoring workplace policies and procedures relating to chain of responsibility in a supervisory role for a minimum of four weeks Preparing reports of chain of responsibility breaches on a minimum of three occasions, each about a different type of breach. You are not required to complete a specific number of Work Placement hours. However, you will need to complete the Work Placement over a four-week period to demonstrate competence over time. This does not need to be completed in a full-time capacity or over consecutive days or weeks. For example - you may choose to conduct your Work Placement one (1) day a week over a four (4) week period, or alternatively work one (1) day a fortnight across eight (8) weeks. Your Work Placement arrangements are flexible, as long as you can demonstrate evidence that it was completed over a minimum of four (4) weeks.
