OUR COMPANY HISTORY. Broker Brothers Logistics started with a vision and a passion for superior logistics that ultimately led to the inception and creation of our company. Frank Caputo, who holds a Master’s in Business Administration, served eight years in the U.S. Army’s highly regarded logistics branch and recruiting division as a Recruiting Station Commander, is CEO and is very proud of his creation.

During his years in the military, Frank received several citations expressing immense accomplishments, including the U.S. Army Achievement Medal, U.S. Army Commendation Medal, Recruiter Gold Badge,Recruiter Gold Ring, and the Glen E Morrell award, the highest and most prestigious award in U.S. Army recruiting. Frank furthered his career in domestic and international logistics by serving as the Global Account Manager for one of the world’s largest international freight forwarders. It is this experience in government, commercial, and international logistics that places Broker Brothers Logistics a notch above his competitors.
