MECHANICAL Employee responsibility includes all aspect of Design works for HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting Works including preparation of project programme, preparation of Design / Shop drawing schedules and submittal of Design / Shop drawings, Design calculations, Engineering assistance to various departments, Engineering related correspondences, attending meetings with clients / main contractors / consultants, coordination with projects dept. to meet any contingencies / urgent project requirements, leading a team of Engineers and ACAD Draughtsman for above works. ELECTRICAL Employee responsibility include but not limited to all aspects of Electrical Design work, getting desired work performance from assigned department staff, preparation of project programme in close coordination and inputs provided by Projects Dept. preparation of equipment / material schedules and submittal of equipment / material submittals and O & M Manuals, preparation & submittal of drawings schedules / design / shop drawings / As built drawings, Engineering assistance / advice to Purchase Dept. for P.O. items (equipments only), Engineering related correspondence / attending meetings with Client / Main Contractor / Consultants, coordination with Projects Dept. to meet any contingencies / urgent project requirements, leading a team of design Engineers / Auto Cad Draftsman and file keeping for above works. Project Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical) is fully responsible to successfully execute complete and handover multiple MEP projects related to Infrastructure, Star Hotel, High Rise Towers, Airport, Metro, etc.

PROJECT ENGINEER- MECHANICAL The Employee responsibility includes but not limited to Supervision of Mechanical Works (HVAC, Plumbing, and Drainage & Fire Fighting Systems). The employee should be able to read shop drawings, prepare material take off, coordinate with Stores, / Procurement dept. to arrange materials and effectively use the material at site avoiding wastage and effective utilization of manpower. PROJECT ENGINEER- ELECTRICAL The employee responsibility include but not limited to planning and supervising site installation activities related to complete Electrical works including cabling, termination, power, fire alarm, telephone, security, CCTV, MATV, lighting protection and installation of Electrical Panels, DB’s etc., assistance during testing, commissioning and handling over etc. To be partially involved in planning, scheduling, material submittals and shop drawings activities. Responsible for the administration of the HSE programs which requires a thorough knowledge of safety, fire and health regulations. The Safety Officer is qualified by education and experience, to recommend and develop safe work procedures for situations that may not be covered by regulations, Establishes and maintains all safety and health record-keeping systems, Report directly to the Project Manager and receives support from the HSE Manager, etc. AutoCAD Draughtsman is fully responsible for Design and Autocad Drafting Shop Drawings, As-Built drawings for MEP Projects related to Projects, viz, Infrastructure, Star Hotel, High Rise Towers, Airport, Metro, etc. AutoCAD Draughtsman - HVAC The Employee responsibility includes but not limited to design and Autocad drafting of complete HVAC works including air distribution calculation, duct sizing, duct layout, refrigerant piping, chilled water piping, diffusers/grill sizing etc. besides plumbing, drainage and firefighting layouts. AutoCAD Draughtsman - MECHANICAL Employee responsibility include but not limited to drawing and preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage & Fire Fighting layout / Composite Shop Drawings including design calculation, piping design etc., Employee responsibility also includes site survey, preparation of As-Built Drawings, Quantity take off etc., AutoCAD Draughtsman - ELECTRICAL Employee responsibility include but not limited to design and Autocad Drafting of complete Electrical works including small power, lighting layout, power layout, fire alarm, fire alarm, telephone, security, CCTV, MATV, lightning protection, and other works like Quantity take off, preparation of As-Built drawings etc., AutoCAD Draughtsman - MEP Employee responsibility includes preparation of COMBINED SERVICES shop drawings including preparation of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical etc., Employee responsibility also includes design works, Quantity take off, preparation of As-Built drawings etc.,
