Executive Leadership is honest and fair and are always looking for feedback from their workforce. They value their employees and are very understanding when it comes to work and life balance. My work at Benore is always rewarding and rarely overlooked. There is constant growth which can present some challenges. "better run away and fast" I worked at Benore Logistic Systems full-time (Less than a year) the money isn't bad, some people are good. these people will shake your hand and stab you in the back. management don't care about you. it's all about the money. you will get 5 routes in 7 months, even though you liked the route you had. the benore family don't interact with the drivers. the trucks are pure junk. hope the scales are closed when you go by. you will work 65 hours a week then they will ask if you want to work one of your days off. best thing i can say is run from this place. Advice to Management. get off the farm and take care of greer, if there is a driver meeting like there was in feb. show up. let the drivers see that you really care about this company and them. don't hire a good driver and run them off like you did me. "Title Is Everything" I have been working at Benore Logistic Systems full-time. Great potential. I love the team I work with on a daily basis. I feel like what I do is important. I have plenty of work to keep me busy. What I do is important, but my contributions are not appreciated by upper management. Advice to Management. Just listen to the people who are doing the actual work. Show your people that they have value and are needed - give incentives to the hard workers. "Good place to work but some of middle management do not want drivers to move up in the company." I worked at Benore Logistic Systems full-time (More than a year) Good pay. Upper management seems to care about all employees. No opportunity for advancement for drivers. Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on WhatsApp Share via Email Copy Link Link Copied! Benore Logistic Systems Response. "Transportation coordinator B shift." I worked at Benore Logistic Systems full-time (Less than a year) This was a paycheck. Cool co-workers. Work 12 hour shifts 3-4 days a week. Hard to move up within the company. Avoid this place at all costs. This was a nightmare of a company to work for, as well as working night shift. When I was first being interviewed the biggest problem was my schedule, they told me one thing in the interview, but I worked a complete opposite. The pay is horrible compared to other companies. 12 hour shifts looking at a computer screen? Nope. Plus the health insurance is garbage. Avoid this place if you value your sanity and family life. "Operation Manager" I worked at Benore Logistic Systems full-time (More than 5 years) Not many. Pretty much a stepping stone to something different. Ownership is disconnected. When they do get involved they make knee jerk reactions. Very tight on money makes environment tough to manage. Advice to Management. Realize you've hit your celling and hire someone that knows how to run a company. Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on WhatsApp Share via Email Copy Link Link Copied! Benore Logistic Systems Response. "W M trucks are better than benore greer jit" I have been working at Benore Logistic Systems full-time. You have lots of work ok. You have lots of work. ok so how am I to do this work if the tool you give me to do my job is broken. Yes some drivers don't care and do not red line a truck. How ever most have given up as the shop will not fix the truck. You can do a edvir red line it next week get the same truck. And find well thay fixed the heat but thay did not fix the oil in the coolant reservoir. More trucks are on the red line than on the road. Moved the tlr red line and parked trucks 2 deep on the new truck red line. Trucks with serious problems are making it out of the shop and no one cares. If it will go down the road it will be sent out. Advice to Management. Start with the shop get them to fix everything that was written up be for the truck gets released. If you have good trucks that are CLEAN in side and out good pay you will not have a shortage of driver. And don't forget about the drivers down in the trenches that keep the lights on and food on your table.
