The Deputy HSE Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, communication and coordination of all environmental, health and safety programs for the company. This position will develop and provide technical and administrative direction on all HSE decisions, which bear critical importance to overall company objectives, operations, and profitability. REQUIREMENTS. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required for the job. * Must be a graduate of bachelor`s degree (4 year) or higher in Safety, Engineering, Environmental or related technical field. * With at least 10 years of construction safety experience managing project safety. * With advanced knowledge of construction industry practices, regulatory agency requirements and industry standards. Worked within the civil construction industry with preference for road construction experience. * Must have a very good written and oral communication. Required to speak effectively before groups of senior management, clients, subcontractors, and/ or employees of the organization. * Excellent computer skills required. Must have experience with Microsoft Office Programs. * Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - OSHA/ NEBOSH and other related certification on Health, Safety and Environment. ABOUT THE COMPANY.
