"A National Lawsuit for Robbing its employees of Minimum Wage for some Jobs" I have been working at Capstone Logistics full-time (More than 5 years) My only pro is that the people in charge are ones I have known a long time so they try to do their best.
Capstone took over our warehouses trucks that they used to pay near $15 hour to their employees to do. The contract makes it to where we now unload the trucks for in some cases about 6.25 an hour. I am not kidding. You can make over $15 on some trucks but on a bad week or as you will see in other reviews bad management get mainly bad paying trucks. All Capstone employees need to file a national lawsuit
for these people making us do trucks that don't pay even minimum wage let alone the $15 hour that these jobs use to pay. Capstone is making deals to make it so once again the 1% warehouse owners get more money and the workers get way less. Congrats Capstone and those companies like you
that are killing the middle income that made the USA the great country it used to be. We are becoming slaves to corporations. Please contact me at Capstoneruinswages at yahoo dot com if you want to know more or tell me your horror story. If I can get enough people I will do what I can to file a national lawsuit against these people. I am surprised no one has made a youtube video about how horrible this place is
and how they are killing warehouse wages.
Since Capstone took over we work 4-5 times harder for less money is this what we really want for our children. Capstoneruinswages at yahoo dot com if you can help or know if we have a case. By the way this is legal so long as they pay minimum wage based on the hours worked in the week. This needs to stop they should pay over minimum wage for
all jobs. really $15 hour considering you have to be over 18 to work in a warehouse and most of us have families or are going to start one soon. At $15 an hour, your wage drops $2 an hour
that you are sitting waiting on trucks. Its bad enough they don't pay while you wait but then you wait several hours and are forced to do a truck that pays $15 or so for 3 hours of work. Capstoneruinswages at yahoo dot com If you can help end this robbery. Advice to Management. Always pay at least $10 an hour, I would say $15 but I know that is not happening. Pay people that have been there for the company more then you would a beginning employee. Its sad that a just hired employee gets paid more while on training pay then a veteran that has gone above
and beyond.
