full-time (Less than a year) Don't really see any at this point. Turnover of ownership/leadership. shutdown of MA office. reduction in benefits to employees. lack of leadership and direction. Previous owner (Bill Farrell) was VERY generous and really cared about the people. He made it a point to come to MA to take people to lunch and get to know you. The company was very employee-centric with generous benefits and huge safety nets in the event of layoffs, etc. This is all a thing of the past.

It could be tolerated if the company was growing and projected leadership to the employees but no one seems to know what is going on or where the company is headed. Add this to upper management missteps and the closing of the MA office and the best days are behind. Advice to Management. Since the turnover in ownership, company meetings have been nonexistent. Information is not well dispensed to offices outside of corporate HQ and people have no idea where the company is going. Communication is much needed. Also, your employees are your most valued assets and should be treated as such. Changing people to part-time with zero hours, taking away vacation benefits (even for people with a vacation balance), no severance packages, etc. is not the way to treat people who have given much to the company. A few years ago, I would have given 5's for most ratings but things are very different today.
