Crane Worldwide Logistics Response. "Account Representative" I have been working at Crane Worldwide Logistics full-time (More than 3 years) This is a very energetic company with a fast paced growth model. Overall a young environment and young company. Opportunity to move up as long as you are willing to put in the work. Many believe this to be a "good ole boy network" and is very limited to those who do not know people within the company. Everyone has connections to the leadership. Overall sense of being underpaid and overworked; there are never enough people to cover all the work. Advice to Management. Need more interaction with the teams and more visibility from top down. Many employees feel lack of information being passed down. Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on WhatsApp Share via Email Copy Link Link Copied! Crane Worldwide Logistics Response. "Global Account Executive" I worked at Crane Worldwide Logistics full-time (More than a year) Growing company with great management and opportunities to advance. Many services to sell and the operational support is extremely good. I really loved my job at this company. Sales goals were unrealistic for new hires. The opportunity to make commission was out of reach for many. Advice to Management. Give new hires more time to develop business and develop a realistic commission plan so more AE’s can participate. Pay was in line for the area and industry. Good health coverage. No set processes for basic logistics operations. No communication from the top, executives, or the HQ for direction. Felt like a free for all. Each office did things their own way. Advice to Management. Need more leadership the top. Need more structure around processes. "Material Handler" I worked at Crane Worldwide Logistics full-time (Less than a year) None. I should've went with my other job offer. Pay is only 14 dollars hourly. The entire company is unorganized. The stock isn't worth the cost of logistics. Temps are brought in and abused until they summon the courage to walk off the job. Took them more than one month to process my background. Seems like no attempt were made until I complained to the District Manager. He sorted everything out. everyone besides him was otter garbage, they were incapable of doing there own jobs. This including the Warehouse Manager, HR Department and Shipping Supervisor. The Shipping Supervisor and sellout Material Handler had something against me. They conspired, and harassed me until I got fired. I unloaded 40ft containers solo. When they saw that they couldn't burn me out with labor they changed tactics .
