The Logistics/Asset Management Consultant performs the duties at a government agency client site located in the Washington, DC area. Provide broad program management support for logistics and asset management services with regard to large enterprise data collection, system development, performance management, community outreach, analysis and reporting, strategic planning and asset management. Provide expert Logistics/Asset program analysis to assist the monitoring and management of logistics and asset management functions throughout the IC to ensure effective and efficient execution of federal legislative mandates and IC directives. Participate in logistics management program review meetings, providing complex agendas and developing briefings. Responsible for analyzing, validating, and presenting results of logistics data as required to support logistics initiatives, operations, and responses to higher-directed tasks. Logistics data may include program data aimed at plant, property, and equipment (PP&E) inventory, transportation, warehousing and distribution, lifecycle asset management, workforce professional development, and global supply chain management/operations. Coordinate logistics data calls and cross-agency working groups. Develop complex working group agendas and briefings. Provide expertise and guidance in management of logistics operations and supply chain and asset management. Prepare ad-hoc reports and develop customer-requested white papers. TS/SCI clearance with CI poly. Bachelors degree (required) in in business administration, supply chain management or similar logistics discipline (preferred). At least 7 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to use MS Office Suite to include Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Superior communication skills, both oral and written (required).
