Management. Like many of our employees, RLG’s managers have been with the company for many years, assuring deep industry knowledge as well as a sustainable management approach. Patrick Wiedemann CEO. Patrick Wiedemann counts responsible for the entire Group and its global subsidiaries, while being CEO both of Reverse Logistics GmbH and CCR Logistics Systems AG. The industrial engineering graduate joined RLG as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in June 2010 and became their CEO in January 2012. During his time at RLG, he has formed the Group into its present structure as a global player and innovative solution provider for reverse processes along the whole product lifecycle. Prior to his engagement at RLG, he was CFO at Data Modul AG for nearly 10 years, holding responsibility for all finance, controlling and administration related activities with additional responsibility for the international business. Before this, he was active for 5 years with the Hilti Group at their subsidiaries in Germany, Lichtenstein and China, where he held various management positions in Finance and Controlling. Matthias Burger COO. Matthias Burger is Chief Operating Officer of Reverse Logistics Group since February 2017 and with this, managing director of Reverse Logistics GmbH and CCR Logistics Systems AG. In this role, he oversees the group’s day-to-day business and assures that the organization is well positioned and equipped to meet current and future client expectations. Before joining RLG, Mr. Burger, who holds a degree in Business Administration, worked as Operating Partner of Monitor Clipper Partners in Europe since 2009 and acted as a strategic consultant for RLG. Prior to this, he was Principal at Monitor Group. Stefan Macheleidt CFO. Stefan Macheleidt is Chief Finance Officer of Reverse Logistics Group since March 2018 and with this, managing director of Reverse Logistics GmbH and CCR Logistics Systems AG. In this role, he is responsible for Accounting, Controlling, Legal and Human Resources. Before joining RLG, Stefan Macheleidt, who holds a degree in Business Administration, worked as CFO for Hagemeyer Germany, Finance Director for the Metro Group and Head of Corporate Controllling for the Escada Group. He started his career in Management Consulting at KPMG and Horváth & Partners. Ulf Hallmann CIO. Ulf Hallmann joined the RLG subsidiary CCR Logistics Systems AG in 2005 bringing more than a decade of expertise in recycling and sustainable product development to the RLG Group. The engineering graduate had previously gathered broad IT and management experience in various international assignments and management positions. Jelle Schoenmaker Executive Vice President After Market Services. Mr. Schoenmaker is heading RLG’s After Market Services Division which includes the general management position for Cycleon and Cycleon - Recare. Early 2007 he joined Cycleon where he has been responsible for general management, sales, market development and marketing. Jelle Schoenmaker has a broad experience in IT, logistics and after-market services with main focus on consumer and business products and e-commerce. He began his career at Lucent Technologies and then moved to Anixter where he filled management roles in sales and supply chain services. Mr. Schoenmaker studied at Groningen University and Copenhagen Business School and holds a Master of Science degree in Technical Engineering and Management Science. Andreas Kröniger Executive Vice President Environmental Compliance Services. Andreas Kröniger joined CCR Logistics Systems AG in 2006. Having worked in various management positions at a leading German industrial company, he is deeply experienced in international sales and business development. He holds a diploma in business administration and international management.
