The work is extremely repetitive and can get boring rather quickly, there was no communication whatsoever between company and agency. I have been on a variety of training courses that have been crucial to my development within the business so far. Management are keen to support and very encouraging when it comes to training and development. - There is a extensive benefits package, including pension scheme, colleague discounts and good holiday entitlement. - Approachable and understandable senior management team. Always busy - No other negative comments to note.
