Challenging Work. No work life balance. They try to Incourage you not to take vacation and time off. Not truthful about hours they want you to work. They say you are salaried by dock you pay if you have to leave early even if you have over 40 hours that week. They don't like you leaving for lunch encourage you to eat at your desk. High turn over not much positive support more pressure than anything. They show favoritism and give good leads to brokers that are already doing good. They have cornhole and ping pong but only brokers that do well can play. T. Suggestions for improvement. Be truthful to new hirers. What I like about the company. What I dislike about the company. They are dishonest, and try to trick you into be leaving they care with beer drops. Only young kids think that's fun and get fooled.
