Lachlan has a Bachelor of Business Administration, specialising in Supply Chain Management and Marketing. Having obtained a graduate role with National Australia Bank directly after completing his studies, Lachlan has gained experience in various industries including banking, property/valuations and procurement/supplier management. His future aspirations revolve within the banking/financial sector, to develop his skills and continue climbing the corporate ladder. As a UniSA alumni, Lachlan wants to give back as he strongly believes the mentor program benefited him in his preparation as a business professional. Areas of specialisation. Lachy is a seasoned business professional with a diverse skillset which has been developed over the past 20 years running his own business. During this time he has worked with growing mid-market Australian businesses across many industries, as well as having a stint in the UK where he worked as a Key Account Manager serving large public utilities. Having spent 20 years working in ERP & Manufacturing software he has a deep understanding of both the IT-related aspects as well as the underlying business functions that are impacted by these systems. Over the past 10 years, he has used his expertise to focus on helping Food Manufacturing & Processing businesses to execute their growth strategies. As a business owner, he has also developed a broad skillset across all functions within a business, and is particularly passionate about leadership, culture and having a clear business purpose. Lachy is an avid learner and enjoys collaborating with like-minded people to help each other grow and achieve their objectives. Luke is an aviation professional with almost ten years’ experience. Luke has enjoyed various B2B sales positions in both the tourism and leisure markets as well as technical and operational roles in the General Aviation and Airline spaces. Having lived and worked locally, interstate and internationally, Luke offers a global perspective and relishes opportunities to share these experiences with his peers. Luke completed a Bachelor of Management at the University of South Australia in addition to previous Commercial Pilot training. Luke is currently completing Post Graduate study in the field of Aviation Human Factors. Having previously undertaken the BCMP as a mentee, Luke believes a great deal of value can be derived from meaningful mentoring relationships in terms of one’s professional development and growth. In his current role, Luke works within the fast paced, ‘nerve centre’ of the Jetstar Operations Control Centre located at Jetstar Head Office, Melbourne.
