Example: When I talk about the data of a shipment, I might be talking about the number of pallets/packaging while you might be thinking about the financial. 3.1) Do an exercise with everyone to determine what is going well and what isn't in their opinion. 3.2) Determine, The cause, effect, Opportunity, resources and results of both the positive and negative. 4) Look at how everything is connected to each other.
