"Nothing Comes Easy In This World" I have been working at USA Transportation Logistics full-time (Less than a year) The reason to work for USA Transportation is because of the small fee's that's taken from you for working for them instead of another broker taken half your paycheck. Getting your own shippers and keeping them and not having to share with anyone else is something to smile for. The small fee for the load boards is nothing compared to what you would pay on your own. In all usa is a great place to start your own business whether you stay and agent or go for the bigger bucks as a broker. Either way you have a big start with USA Transportation if you want to succeed. As far as some of the downsides i myself don't see how anyone could not make it working for USA Transportation. Advice to Management. My advice to management would be to let others that can handle the pressure of doing their job as and Agent ask them to help others who are struggling to make it on their own.
