OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB. Responsible for all matters relating to: – • Timely and accurate reporting to Senior Management of Toll Global Logistics • Ensuring compliance to Toll Group Policies and Statutory Requirements • Driving process improvements • Business unit’s operating, accounting and information systems. Key Responsibilities. Manage Financial Performance Ensure optimal financial performance within TLA. Manage Financial Risk Monitor and evaluate financial risk of TLA in areas like credit exposure, expenditure, funding, taxation, regulatory environment, insurance coverage, and general and commercial risks. Financial and Management Reporting Supervise Finance team to ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly and ad-hoc reports and adherence to Group Accounting Policies. Financial Planning & Analysis Budgeting/Forecasting, analyse variance from Budget/Forecast and highlight irregularities on a timely basis. Compliance & Controls Maintain good Corporate Governance, compliance to internal audits and ISO requirements. Capital Expenditure & Operating Lease Request Ensure all capital expenditure and operating lease request are put up and approved in accordance with Group Authority Authorisation Matrix. Monitor Financial Performance Monitor financial performance of the BUs (Revenue, EBIT, DSO, DPO, ROCE) and provide advice to maintain profitability. Implement Financial Policies In accordance with Group policies, determine financial, operational systems and policies.

Improve financial control and integrity within the BUs. Manage the Finance Team Provide supervision and training to the finance teams on financial standard and requirements as required. Drive Process Improvements. SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB. Technical • Strong understanding and experience in financial reporting system along with in depth knowledge of ACRA regulations and compliances. Human Relations • Strong leadership abilities • High level of motivation and dynamism, with a strong drive to achieve and succeed • A problem solver with an attitude to identify problems as opportunities to excel. ESSENTIAL PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are essential. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. Academic Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Accounting with more than 10 years of experience in Accounting / Financial / Business Analysis reporting roles. Languages Literacy Good command of English is a must. Computer Literacy Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
