History of Action Logistics, LLC. In 1973 Les Fiore created Action Messenger Service and through years of hard work and determination he was able to build his fleet to well over 200 vehicles. In the late 90s his sons (Nick & Vince) purchased the company carrying on the family business, changing the name to Action Express. In late 2002, the brothers divided the company into different services. Nick continued to operate Action Express focusing on shipments ranging from LTL to full semi-truck loads, while Vince focused on smaller shipments, customer service and dedicated accounts. As a result, in 2003 Vince created Action Logistics, LLC which specializes in delivery of manufactured products, post office mail, inner-office material, pharmaceuticals, lab specimens, HAZ MAT items, etc. Since Vince retirement in 2011, Jim Tiderman has taken over as company president and business operations.
