Human Resource Manager. Logistics Worldwide Express (M) Sdn Bhd. Job Responsibilities. · Oversee and administer the HR department functions and activities. · Assist in developing HR policies and ensure they are up to date and communicate to employees on a timely basis. · Formulate effective recruitment and retention strategy to address manpower needs. · Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and HR practices. · Handle employee recruitment, onboarding, development, needs assessment and training. · Staff welfare administration. · Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. · Handles compensation, rewards and performance appraisal. · Liaise with other business managers to implement HR policies. · Provide advice, recommendation and counselling for efficient employee performance. · Develop and maintain remuneration for recruitment, retention and development of staff. · Responsible and supervise payroll for all staff ad contractors. · Assist in creating SOP for all departments. Requirements. · At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Preferably in Human Resource Management or equivalent. · At least 4 years working experience in similar capacity. · Well versed with Malaysia Employment Act and other labour matters. · Good communicator with matured personality and self-discipline. · Competent in using employee engagement software tools and MS office productivity tools.
