Manages response and support to customers, in terms of shipment requests or any issues. Coordinates between liners, Customs Brokerage, Ocean operation and transportation team to arrange booking instructions and picking-up/delivery of goods and send all confirm to customer. Manages response and controls proper handling of incoming/outbound shipments and documentation for selected customers. Acts as contact person for overseas and Control Tower in terms of supporting, providing information and ensuring smooth shipments Controls and updates all customized systems for customers Track and Trace the shipments to ensure the shipments are delivered/received as requirement (on-time delivery) Issues notifications to customers in case of any irregularities, discrepancies, disputes or shipment status changes. Administers any customer complaints or feedback, documents it and escalates information to superior for advice and resolution for corrective action/preventive action if necessary. Bachelor’s degree of any field Working experience in freight forwarding Able to demonstrate initiative Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point Able to read, write and speak English fluently Able to communicate and interact efficiently.
