It's like playing on a football team, we trust the person next to us to do their job in order for us all to be successful. Very transparent company to work for, no one is ever left in the dark and expectations are clear. No micromanagement because management fully anticipates and expects you to get your job done without hand holding. No cons to share here. Good tech, good support, good truck network, respect amongst truck drivers in the industry. Not much comes to mind. Coverage in Canada could be better. Software isn't Apple compatible. Over all though I would say 9/10. Advice to Management. Continue to invest in technology that makes finding freshly posted trucks easy from multiple sources to give agents the best chance at spot freight and last minute loads. "DRAYAGE FREIGHT" I have been working at Logistic Dynamics full-time (More than a year) The DRAYAGE minimum commission is a bit too high. LDI FREIGHT is GREAT but needs some tweaking to accommodate DRAYAGE freight. LDI has a great credit rating and pays our carriers PROMPTLY. Advice to Management. The work I do and the people I work with are amazing! The corporate culture makes you feel part of a family and want to get up and come to work everyday. Our agent model is one of the best. The technology is state of the art and everyone is willing to help you . The business philosophy of the company is: The harder you work, the more money you make. .The owners focus on investing in tools to assist Freight Agents to increase productivity. They realize company has been built by the Agents and and shows their appreciation with 2 events every year. A Golf Banquet in July and a Holiday Party in January. Events include hotel, trainings, tour of their headquarters, fine dining and cocktails. Great team spirit!! The cucumber slices are a littly too thick for my ice water.
