Logistic Executive 38,5 h (m/f) Logistic Executive 38,5 h (m/f) Main Responsibilities: Execute, coordinate and monitor daily shipment fulfillment Solve unexpected issues and problems encountered to achieve set targets Communicate with BD, PM, Sales and management team as well as external clients Analyze project/client demands provide logistics solution with profitability and mutual satisfaction Search logistics resources as per company strategies and clients’ demand Build up and maintain partnership with logistics vendors Communicate with Customs and other authorities Acquire and review related policies to support company strategies and logistics solution Review and analyze logistics data and KPI Present accurate reports to other teams and management team Make plan and optimize procedure to maintain efficiency and quality control Manage and monitor logistics cost and payment – Support the accounting team if necessary Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the management team. Key Requirements: 3 years experience in logistics sector (experience in Austria is preferred) Good communication, collaboration and coordination skills PC literate in Microsoft Office Able to work efficiently before deadlines and under pressure Positive attitude with initiatives Good command of spoken and written English and German.
