Main responsibilities: • Handling New Logistics Projects, From Approaching Clients To Planning, and Execution • Efficient Negotiation & communications and Follow up with 3PL Companies and Contractors. • Facilitating and managing senior stakeholders through various ways of communication. • Influencing key senior stakeholders to achieve the proposed solution and ensure delivery of the project. • Full Project budgetary responsibility for the successful completion of multi-million Riyal Projects. • Identifying and delivering the key success factors within Operations, HR, IT, Property and Maintenance that will lead to the effective delivery of critical projects. On time. • Ability to utilize internal & External Resources Efferently. • Reporting to: Logistics Operations Manager • Subordinates: Logistics Projects Assistant Manager • Number required: 1 • Duration: One Year • Desired start date: 1-Sep-2018 • Probation: 3 Months • Working Hours: Sunday-Thursday. REQUIREMENTS. • Other certifications obtained: PMP • University Qualifications: MSC/BSC industrial engineering/Logistics/Business Related Fields • Nature and length of previous experience: 3-5 Years of Managerial Experience • 5-10 Years Of Logistics Experience • Specialist knowledge: Project Managment • Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership • Communication • Presentation Skills • Age Range: 25-40 • Language Fluency: English-Arabic • Current Location: Jeddah.
