Management lacks discipline, direction and efficiency. Advice to Management. Not sure how to say this but the leadership here is failing on the manufacturing side of the house. Too many negative things to say about the company besides that they started the ESOP for ASI employees after taking over the buildings not on the first day of the year to include those employees into the program, but several days later so that their first year didn't count towards being vested. Sad, very sad. Now the same people that were on the floor are now running the business side of the house and doing a very poor job but no one cares to hear the complaints from Jax because they are elitists, which works just as well loosing the company millions in business. For instance, we don't have new screws and basic hardware to use. We regularly have to scavenge for parts just to find the correct one. And leads control all the documents and they do a poor job of keeping it current. No drawings, no access to lists, no parts, and no one seems to care. Thank god I don't work there anymore.
