Job Summary: The job holder will manage an assigned group of accounts, with an objective of driving business revenue and opportunities across the customer base to exceed expectations through retention & growth as well as assuring retention of baseline under their management. They will also be responsible for outward and inward communication. Responsibilities. Customer Acquisition and Revenue Growth. Identify growth prospects and specific opportunities in the Relationship Device strategic plans for Relationship penetration and ensure implementation of tactical plans execution including pipelines. Proactive Relationship performance management and tracking Identify growth opportunities and up-selling and cross – selling potential within the assigned office/client accounts. Provide leadership for customers in understanding business objectives and recommend business solutions to achieve those goals. Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively. Relationship and Baseline Retention. Develop and execute customer continuous trading strategies Stimulate and grow existing Fixed customer accounts Develop strong relationships with customers at customer care level to maintain baseline growth Follow up on all existing contracts renewal and ensure renewals are made in time. Relationship Account Development Planning. Formulate and manage Relationship development plans and participate in all relationship customer forums. Ensure all accounts are managed through well thought out Account Development Plans Intimate engagement with Relationship fortune accounts (Platinum Customers) Identify and analyse customer needs and requirements. Reporting. Manage daily and weekly account reports Provide feedback on accounts to drive and help to implement new actions that improve their performance Weekly reports on accounts performance and submission of accounts plans on and track pipeline Share daily reports on account status /shipment status. Drive Net Promoter Score By: Maintaining strong and deep relationships with accounts under direct management Following through on all issues to ensure closure Maintaining communication with the customer throughout the entire customer journey. Requirements. To ensure you are a prime candidate for this opportunity, it is essential that have experience within customer service and preferably the courier/ freight industry. Degree or diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or any other relevant degree More than 4 years of relevant experience Good knowledge of import/export procedures through air & sea Customer service oriented. Qualities and skills. The position requires an energetic, self-motivated person who is passionate about customer delight. Quick learner and multi-tasking abilities are critical. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills (phone & written) Must be methodical and be able to demonstrate an understanding of basic accounting. How to Apply.
