AN/TPY-2 Transportation Management: Work directly with Program Management in the planning and execution of AN/TPY-2 Radar OCONUS Deployments. In two (2) years I have completed three (3) OCONUS Radar Deployments. Travel to Radar's current duty station for inventory and packaging of all deployment materials. Lead and work directly with Radar Site personnel to coordinate efforts in support of the deployment. Have direct working relationships between United States Air Force and MDA Transportation Leads to coordinate air transport of the Radar System. Work directly with and under Customs Regulations of the Host Nation to ensure material, storage connexs, and paperwork meet the Nation's requirements. AN/TPY-2 Radar 4 & 6 Logistics Lead: Management and coordination of all logistics supply to and from two (2) OCONUS Radar Sites (Turkey, CENTCOM Region). Evaluate information given to me from each Radar Site and make the best decision for the given situation. Be ready to adapt to new Custom regulations set forth by the Host Nation. Keep strong communication with Radar Site Logisticians by holding Monthly Logistics meetings to discuss current events. Direct Responsibilities Included: Reconciling daily inventory in our Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) for seven (7) different AN/TPY-2 Radar Sites of both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Monitored shipments to guarantee on-time delivery. Wrote weekly and monthly Availability Management reports. Forwarded Site or Supplier-related quality and service issues to the CPT management for resolution.
