There are better ways to lose your money. FMLA is no longer handled by HR or HC as LHI calls it. The Hartford at work gets involved and nobody at LHI knows how or why. PTO is accrued each pay period depending how long you've been there. The supervisors will let you use it as long as enough advance notice is given. Unpaid time off is not allowed and working OT makes employees tired and even sick sometimes but if you call in sick, it makes leadership unhappy. If you go in to work coughing and sneezing, coworkers are unhappy. There is a gym and clinic available to employees but you can only go if you have permission an advance notice by leadership. The hours of operation for the gym and clinic are the same as the work hours so its not convenient. I applaud Don Weber for trying but there's still a lot of problems that need to be worked out.
