Management Team. TForceLogistics is a proud member of the TFI International team. In addition to our divisional management we are supported by the best technology, financial and operating team in the Last Mile industry! General Manager and Vice President. Chris is an experienced logistics professional with over 25 years of expertise growing dynamic organizations, driving operations excellence and developing supply chain strategy. He has led TForce Logistics evolution beyond third-party logistics’ status quo: investing in local delivery carriers by providing them with operational discipline and technology that streamlines their operations and transforms them into a virtual customer-dedicated fleet; and, creating a proactive team of last mile experts that are involved in carriers and customers’ day-to-day operations. Prior to Ensenda he led dedicated and third party operations for Advanced Marketing Services as Vice President – Logistics. Chris was also Senior Director of Logistics at Kyocera Wireless where he managed supply chain operations including logistics, order management, planning and materials. He began his career at Airborne Express where he led international express operations, and also managed various sales and operations organizations. Chris has a B.A. from UCLA and an M.B.A. – Supply Chain from the University of San Diego. Senior Manager – Carrier Services. Mike has held senior management positions for over 30 years in various aspects of distribution and last mile services. At TForceLogistics, he manages a group of over 450 active carriers through his team of experienced carrier managers. The Carrier Management Group combines the sourcing, vetting and day to day management of carrier activities with specific focus on operational compliance and service performance metrics. Mike has held key management positions with companies such as Avon Products in Industrial Engineering and a DC Manager, QVC Network. Mike managed both 3PL Services and Third Party Fulfillment at Aetna Insurance where he managed all HMO print distribution and UPS where he managed the NE operations for Mail Innovations and took assignments at headquarters in developing postal products and sales training. Mike has a B.A. from La Salle University. Senior Manager – Service Operations. Steve is a logistics professional with 25 years of experience managing all aspects of last mile delivery. As the number two employee at TForce Logistics he has held roles across every aspect of the organization; in carrier management, implementation, customer management and is currently charged with delivering service for our clients. Prior to Ensenda, Steve started his logistics career with Airborne Express in a variety of positions transitioning to General Manager for a local, San Francisco based courier company. He has a BA degree from UC Berkeley.
