I interviewed at Omnicell (Mountain View, CA (US)) in September 2018. I applied through online. Had a phone interview with hiring manager after phone screen from HR. The hiring manager called. His first doubt about my qualifications quickly with his heavy Indian accent. I told him about my skills and experience which actually match the description pretty much. But he seems not interested to continue the call and it was cleared that he doesn't think it's a good fit no matter what. No behavioral questions or job-related question was asked though out the conversion. While I was asking him some questions on the position, suddenly there was a phone ring and he asked to hold for a second. He then asked me if there's any other question. He seemed want to finish our conversion and continue with the other call. Then I knew that that's not the company I would like to work for. I thought we would wrap up quickly but he just hung up the phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE interviewer. Something problem in this company without valuing the candidate and giving the respect. P.S Go think about why the candidate was referred to you from HR after the phone screen before you judging their qualification. what's your qualifications Answer Question.
