SCL offers the below self-paced, online professional development programs which allow you to decide when and where to learn. Lean Leadership for the Supply Chain Professional (Online) An online version of our on-campus version of the course . Enjoy the flexibility of covering the same material, but at your pace. The online course is structured around 16 modules, each taking approximately 1.5 hours to complete. Upon enrollment, you will have 16 weeks or 4 months to complete all the course modules. Leverage lean principles to become a more effective leader, manage people, and drive operational excellence Improve value stream processes that impact the organization Learn how to create action-driven measurement systems and build successful teams. This course can be applied towards the Lean Supply Chain Professional Certificate or used as an elective for the Supply Chain Management Certificate. Supply Chain Fundamentals (SCF) Series Online. Designed primarily for entry-level and supervisory level positions in supply chain management. The courses are also appropriate for executives new to supply chain or a specific supply chain domain, veterans seeking entry into commercial opportunities, and individuals re-entering the job market and seeking a refresher on supply chain topics. These courses are offered in a self-paced online format and in a hybrid format. The hybrid format requires students to meet at intervals on the Georgia Tech Savannah Campus. These certificates are designed for those who want a solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals and logistics fundamentals who may be new to certain supply chain domains. The goal of the program is to support workforce readiness and upward mobility for entry-level and supervisory level associates. Logistics Fundamentals Certificate : Must take the following 4 SCF online courses: Supply Chain Management Principles, Warehousing Operations, Inventory Management and Transportation Operations. Supply Chain Fundamentals Certificate : Must take 4 SCF online courses: Required course: Supply Chain Management Principles . Choose 3 SCF courses from the following: Customer Service Operations, Supply Management & Procurement, Demand Planning, or Manufacturing & Service Operations.
