Job Description: Understand UPS service, product, systems and procedure. Handle incoming calls for pick up, track and trace, complaints, claims, service guarantees, price quotation, service information, export shipments exception and other enquiries in professional manner. Update the pick up arrangement, UPS supply request and tracking follow up. Identify and record customer concern or issues. Recommend solutions to service concerns to management. And any other duties assigned from time to time. Skills: Bachelor Degree Holder in any discipline. At least 2 years experience in Express/Service Industry, preferably having an experience of handling customer queries & complaints. Age Group 20 35 years. Typing speed at >30 wpm. Ability to handle 120 -150 calls a day. Good command of written and spoken English. Patient and pleasant personality. Good telephone etiquette. Problem solving skills. Willing to work in rotational shift from Mon-Sat. No night Shifts. Candidate Profile: 1. We need a candidate with fluent communication skills in English(both spoken and Written). 2. Should be willing to work in shifts. 3. The core job is resolving customer queries.
