This commitment to safety does include consistent testing, training and meetings just as you mentioned, but we feel they are “critical” versus “annoying”. They have a very high turnover rate. Drivers quitting almost every week or every other week. BEWARE STAY AWAY. We are sorry to hear you are "quitting soon", this job was obviously not the right fit for you. TeamOne Logistics prides itself on communication and honesty, and have over 900 happy employees in 45 states around the USA since 2003. The transportation/trucking industry has been plagued with high turnover rates for decades, sometimes topping 100%! TeamOne Logistics however also prides itself on our turnover rates running below half of the national average. The claim we are "crooked" is simply insulting and confusing at best. All potential employees should ask LOTS of questions of recruiters and management and do research before starting a new job.
