All the STLs and SGLs are great and always helping out. The environment is laid back even though the job is hard. I was told when I started it would be hard and told all the negative things about the job. They weren’t just trying to scare me, it really is hard. It’s way harder than I thought it would be. I didn’t start making commission until almost 2 years. I was coming in at 7 and leaving at 6 everyday and it eventually paid off and now I’m extremely happy. I went through spurts of wanting to quit a few times but I’m extremely happy I stayed because I’m making money that I never thought I would be able to now. Analyst Interview. I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Cincinnati, OH). I applied online and got reached out to by a recruiter within a week. Within the next week, I had a phone interview with the recruiter. It was all well until this point. The recruiter didn't respond to my emails for over a month before asking me in for an interview. After the first in person interview, it took a couple of ignored emails/calls and another month and a half to get invited in for a second interview. About a week after the second interview, they called me to tell me they hired an internal applicant, because internal hires are usually preferred to outside hires. It's understandable, but I would have vastly preferred to not get strung along for about 3 and a half months to find out about it. The interview questions were really easy, though. Barely anything technical. A lot of 'why did you apply?', etc.
