See reviews about: I did one shift for this company where i was suppose to collect a van from a well known supermarket from one side of the city and deliver it to another side. prior to this first shift I had applied for the job using a form online and I had been informed their is no interview process you just declare when you can work. anyway prior to all this I had to go out and buy my own Hi Vis vest which I didn't mind doing as I was told i would be reimbursed for. on my way to collect the van I was told i would have to take pictures of the van and send them via a link provided in one of the texts I received. I collected the van and delivered it to the location as instructed but unfortunately my battery died so I was unable to take pictures of the van on delivery, I called the company and I explained this and was told it would be alright but was told to be more prepared in the future. I sent my banking information and all my receipts (for the hi-vis, bus and tram fare). I was only reimbursed my expenses and not paid for collecting and delivering the van which was only 15 pounds as I had not exceeded the mile limit so my pay was a flat rate of 15 pounds + expenses. I emailed the company to say I had no been paid but had been reimbursed the correct amount for my expenses till this day I have had no reply and i have stopped getting emails about when I can work. I dont really care but just a warning to anyone else who seeks work with this company. The work is very limited which I expected only working 1 day out of a total of 26 I said I was available. But my own fault as I did not sign a more. contract or even meet anyone from the company. But like I said my own fault to an extent and a warning for anyone looking casual flexible work. less.
