"Great Place to Work" I worked at Integrated Logistics 2000 full-time. Small company, family atmosphere, everyone treated fairly, and great location! "The definition of a Hostile Work Environment" I worked at Integrated Logistics 2000 full-time. A few really good, hardworking employees that give the company their all. even though it isn't deserved or appreciated. "A toxic work environment is one wherein dysfunction and drama reign, whether it’s the result of a narcissistic boss, vindictive co-workers, absence of order et." - Monster Worldwide Inc. IL2000 literally has every single one on the list. Their is no clear direction for the company or its employees. One's that go above and beyond for the betterment of the company are the ones who are treated terribly. Bullied is an understatement. If you do your job well, this only intimidates the narcissistic women on the "management" team. and it won't be long before they sabotage, verbally abuse you to intimidate you to either push you out or find a reason to fire you. They do everything in their power to belittle, ridicule and flat out make you feel like dirt. All while not doing their job themselves, gossiping about employees or being on personal phone calls all day. This behavior has been brought to the attention of ownership on numerous occasions- many people were fired or quit because of the behavior of the "management" team. It is simply allowed- excuses are even made for them. Advice to Management. Listen to your employees when they come to you with a problem or concern, especially when the SAME people are being complained about over and over. Take a good look at your “department heads” you treat them as your best assets when in reality they are your biggest downfall.
