Low rate of promotion and few leadership opportunities or career advancement and while they do offer generous amount of pto in customer service the opportunities to us is fairly low if you wan to leave the company your cow worker aren't allowed to give recommendations even if you are looking at transferring to another uhg company or position. Change the pto policy to make it more usable and offer all employees more leader ship opportunities or career advancement and train and prompt leaders not passive people how wont stand up for their teams and allow for more problem solving by employees as it stands the bureaucracy is so slow that any change that may occur are out of date by the time they are implemented Also change the plociy that prevent employees from giving recombination to their colleges to other uhg companys.
