There isn't much of a training culture unless it's absolutely necessary for your role. There are a few good managers in CEVA. However there are a few who are good at their jobs but at the same time have no people management skills. Also there are a few that don't have the skills or people skills, but do have friends in high places. The workplace culture at the depots has a nice pace and feel usually if the management team are good. But head office has a culture of no talking unless necessary so isn't necessarily a great atmosphere. The hardest part of working for CEVA is cutting through the red tape, to get anything done (even simple things) it has to be passed up a management chain for confirmation and peer reviews and this takes a lot of time and effort and isn't always straight forward. The most enjoyable part of working for CEVA is that there are a few nice people there and in some cases it's possible to enjoy some days at work.
