See reviews about: They only care about cost savings and not their employees, as soon as you complain about your workload, even when above and beyond that of your job description they push you out or make you redundant. I worked for the company for 6 years and ended up with 4 people jobs and not extra funds or recognition. When I asked for the workload to be reduced they forced me out. Never even consider working here. They tell you there will be great bonuses etc and yet in the 6 years I worked here the most I got was 50% of my bonus year and that was one year. 2 years we never even got a bonus, (which was part of your contract), or a pay rise. Money driven company. As much as the people were the most enjoyable part of working for CEVA there exists a culture of passing the buck and pointing fingers at others. Immense pressure is put on people for very little reward and the chance for advancement is almost non existent. Some of the management are fantastically hard working but bury their head in the sand way too often. Working in the warehouse you can often be expected to work for 12 hours with little to no break due to lack of staff, this has been a problem for almost a decade with little change. I was sorry to leave CEVA because of the relationships with people I had made but happy to be leaving the company who made life difficult at times.
