Work hard and leverage your peers and you will be extremely successful because the management and support teams are truly invested in every reps success. There can be of out of office / weekend work depending on how you set your book of business up. Fast paced job and can be challenging so come prepared to work hard and play hard too. As long as you apply yourself and put in the hours initially it pays off 10 fold. There is a reason it has been voted Best Place to Work in Tampa Bay twice in the last 5 years.
