The project involves the construction of a Logistics Park comprising of three warehouse distribution centers on 66.7ha of land. The first building is on 125,790m2 area, second building is on 46,823m2 area and the third building is on 35,707m2 area. It includes the construction of storage facilities, warehouses, parking facility, and other related facilities, and the installation of machinery, safety and security systems. It features construction of two entrances along Zion Church Road and a traffic signal and turn lanes where the roads intersect. In March 2013, KGD submitted planning application and preliminary plans of the project were approved in June 2013. Snyder, Secary, and Associates have been appointed as the civil engineer for the project. MRP Industrial and Hillwood Development Co., have been appointed as the associate developers for the project. Ware Malcomb has been appointed as the architect and Advantage Engineers as Geotech Engineer. On September 12, 2017, the project received final approvals for development. On December 6, 2017, the groundbreaking ceremony was held and construction activities are underway.
