Employees are empowered on the front lines to make decisions -- it doesn't all rest at the top. You can make your career what you want at LMI. A lot of change going on but necessary change. "Great mission, great people," I have been working at LMI full-time (More than 8 years) Things are really starting to look up at LMI. New leadership has stayed true to the mission and continues to put people first. The new CEO was able to identify and address decade-old issues swiftly. While we have been through a lot of change recently, its change that we all know is necessary. With a mission first attitude, industry top talent in leadership positions, and a growing organization that allows for career flexibility and mobility, there really has never been a better time to be an LMI’er. None that I can think of. Advice to Management. Continue to engage and interact with employees.
