Duties/Responsibilities: Work with the Estane production coordinator & supply chain planner to ensure the production schedule is executed on time Prioritize packaging to meet orders; Issue packaging instructions Serve as point person to plan efficient work schedule while considering labor resources available Create, support, and maintain inventory systems for efficient movement of materials through the building Accurately complete SAP process orders for packaged goods Manage returned goods process Manage non bulk raw material receiving and records Purchase supplies and services for the Estane Area Set and communicate SAP expectations to the operators Monitor trailer sheet completion & rectify errors with Sheffield Lake warehouse Monitor operator SAP data entry & facilitate continuous improvement Manage raw materials for compounding - TPU feedstock & powder mixes from a toll supplier - Monitor and control the inventory compound raw materials Participate in monthly plant cycle counts Ensure documentation is up to ISO standards & records are accurately retained Back up the Production Coordinator as required Handle Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARS) Coordinate sample and finished goods movements to LZ sites and Tollers. Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Requirements: BS degree in logistics, supply chain or similar manufacturing discipline from an accredited university 5-10 years’ experience in logistics and/or supply chain in a manufacturing setting Extremely detail-orientated with good organizational skills SAP experience Strong interpersonal skills Capable of interacting with people at all levels of an organization Familiarity with quality ISO 9001 systems and procedures. Considered a Plus: Prior logistics/supply chain experience in a chemical plant SAP super user Experience and proficiency in LEAN operations and or Six Sigma Ideal candidate would have high proficiency in SAP (S4 Hana Expericen) and Microsoft suite, Lean Supply Chain/Ops (or Six Sigma) certified, and have conducted multiple Value Stream Mapping/Analysis High aptitude in Microsoft Excel.
