Engineer Business Development & Sales Support. Are you creative to design scenario based solutions that matches the needs of our international clients? Location: Oostrum (Venray) As Engineer Business Development & Sales support you can take lead and give direction on identified opportunities. You will combine technical knowledge with commercial, marketing and IT skills. You will be working closely with an international team of business developers and department managers. What will you be doing? • You are responsible for coming up with efficient and effective logistics solutions for new customers and deliver the cost model; • Assisting in RFQ processes; • Preparing labor time & costs estimates; • You achieve customer acceptance by presenting or demonstrating solutions, cost reductions and operations improvements; • Support Business Development & Operations during contract negotiations and implementations; • Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; • Providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations and recommending options and courses of action; • You contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results. What do you need? • You are a mid-career professional and have a degree in Logistics and relevant working experience in Logistics and Supply Chain; • Understanding of financial models and IT engineer skills; • By your persuasion you have very good presentation skills and integrity is very important; • Strong MS Office knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint; • Familiar with project management, Prince2 is a plus; • Fluent and excellent communication and interaction skills in Dutch and English, German is a plus.
