Logistics - Entry Level Jobs, Internships, and Career Overview

Careers in Logistics. Looking for an entry level job or internship in logistics? This is an overview of how to approach the search and a list of companies that might have relevant entry level and internship opportunities. Photo Credit: Flickr user Nick Saltmarsh. Because logistics is part of every industry, you could work in any industry. The logistics business is fast-paced because of the need to stay on schedule, and working overtime when a problem arises to make sure everything stays on schedule isn’t uncommon. While you can get started in some logistics positions without a bachelor’s degree, having a degree and some business training will help. You should also have good critical thinking skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to keep calm when things don’t go right.
